b, adella, and i went out to sears point for this event, mostly on a whim. we got sucked in. the weather was great, and the sound of those vintage racers incredible.

we all shot off many frames, but the ones here were taken by me with the elaniie and mostly the 75-300mm f4.5-5.6 is lens. almost everything was shot on velvia (at iso40) with a few pics on astia. because the elan's focusing is pretty slow, the majority of the photos were manually focused (and unfortunately, not very well at times). the exposures ranged from 1/2000 for absolute stills to 1/90 for the panning shots. click on the links above to go to group specific pages. i didn't photograph groups 4, 7, or 8 because i was doing some wine tasting in the tent. this was the wine country classic after all...
