if you've never been to the far east (i haven't) be ready for a shock of technology meeting tradition, extreme affluence meeting extreme poverty, consumerism meeting spirituality, hope meeting decay. pity i had only a week to try and capture the feel of this strange city. i know i have failed, but do take a look and try to visualize manila.
